Hello Friends, I’m just back after a marathon drive fest up to L.A. and back. I played at Vibrato last night and what a beautiful place that is. It was myself and bassist Pat Senatore sneaking through some standards and such. The late night drive back morphed all the way down to AM talk radio about UFO’s mixed in with the car window rolled down to stay uncomfortably cold as to not fall asleep. Not really my idea of fun but at least I’m alive! All this sacrifice to play through some tunes. Nuts!

For this week I’m playing it solo at the Roxy on Thursday and then on Saturday evening vocalist Kevyn Lettua and I will play there as a duo.  Can’t wait! Also, Amber Whitlock’s Vocal Clinic is this weekend and both Kevyn and I will be helping out, sharing our experiences with music. Look below for the details.

I’m venturing off to NYC next week to play with Dianne Reeves at Lincoln Center. Big time fun in the Big Apple. Anyone up for Mamoun’s Falafel in the Village?

best, Peter
