Dear Friends, here you go with the March flow according to SpragueLand. It's been an intense studio month for me and finally today I managed to squeak in a surf between the morning kid school commute, the overload in the office, and the solo gig tonight. The ocean felt great even though it's probably at it's coldest for the year. Total brain freeze situation with my hands getting so numb that I struggled just to turn the key on my car door. Weird science!

In store for this week is some solo guitar music at Fresh tonight and on Friday Lisa and bro' Tripp will join me for an expression session at Ki's. I'll be cranking all week in the studio working with pianist Bob Hamilton's Trio, vocalist Sacha, and vocalist Lisa Hightower.
