Friends, I’m just getting back from a weekend recording session with some brilliant musos. Singer Denise Donatelli harnessed in Geoffrey Keezer to produce and write the arrangements for her album. You’ve got to hear these arrangements—Keezer’s take on when, where, and what notes to use are fantastic! With these charts in the hands of the gifted Marvin “Smitty” Smith, Hamilton Price, Bob Sheppard, Carl Saunders, Geoffrey Keezer, and I’m happily in there too, some great musical moments emerged. I’m not sure when the CD will be out there but I’ll let you know when I hear about it and I’ll pass along the good news. It was great to be in the loop with these wonderful folks…

This week for music is turning out to be a really busy one for me. The Parioli Restaurant gig is a cool setup and for this version we’re adding in Bob Magnusson on bass. The music takes place in an outdoor patio setting and with the summer finally kicking in, good times ahead.

Check the details below for the other gigs this week and I hope to see you out there…

best, Peter
